We are a group of progressive professionals who care passionately about one another, our work, and the world around us. Our goal is to help our clients understand the law, and sometimes to help them change it. Together, we pursue cutting-edge legal strategies while providing caring, competent representation to our clients.

We represent clients in trial and appellate cases in both state and federal courts. As a part of our appellate practice, we assist lawyers outside the firm in preparing cases for trial and in preserving potential legal and factual issues for appellate review.

The firm's principals — Mark Johnson and Bradley Lechman-Su — are longtime friends and well-respected advocates in Oregon's legal community. We practiced together and separately in several different Portland law firms before forming our own professional corporation in December 2003. We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed and supportive work environment for our dedicated staff. We have chosen our employees carefully for their depth and breadth of experience in our chosen practice areas, as well as for their ability to communicate our caring values and respect to our clients, to our adversaries, and to the public.
