Bradley has a compassionate and innovative law practice that emphasizes mediation, settlement, and, always, the best interests of children. Bradley regularly represents children or parents both in juvenile and family court, where he is known for his caring approach. Many of his clients come from non-traditional or blended family backgrounds.

Bradley has traveled extensively, particularly in Asia, and has developed a strong interest and expertise in international family law. He is highly regarded in Oregon for his handling of international and interstate domestic relations disputes. His clients come from every corner of the world.

Bradley belongs to the Family Law, International Law, and Juvenile Law sections of the Oregon State Bar. His colleagues elected him Secretary of the Oregon State Bar's International Law section for 2004. He was also elected as Chair of the Juvenile Law Section for 2001. He is a member of the Multnomah and Washington County bar associations, as well as the Family Law and International Law sections of the American Bar Association.

Bradley was admitted to practice in Oregon in 1990. He serves as a substitute judge in Washington County and acts as a guardian in litigation for juveniles. He has authored numerous state bar publications focusing on jurisdiction and procedure in both family and juvenile law cases.

Bradley Lechman-Su's desire to help children and their families made practicing family law a natural choice for him. He earned his master's degree in Public Health in 1981, and his law degree in 1987, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before law school, Bradley worked in public health, where he focused on community-based health education. He also provided basic health services to under-served and at-risk populations.
